Welcome to Monkswood Cricket Club

Monkswood Cricket club is an ambitious but friendly cricket club located on the edge of the Brecon Beacons between Usk and Pontypool.

We run three senior teams in the South Wales Cricket league, a team in the Newport and District Midweek league and a Sunday team hosting friendly fixtures.

We also run junior teams for Under 11, Under 13 and co-run Under 15 & 17 age groups with Ponthir CC, all teams play in local leagues.

If you or your child is interested in playing cricket then please feel free to come along.

We are situated behind the Beaufort Arms so why not come along, enjoy a drink and watch us play. If you fancy a game yourself come along and make yourself known or register on this website.
